An investigation has uncovered concerning actions by Sarah Heard, district 4 commissioner and her "developer" friend Corey Crowley, along with her "property owner" friend. It appears they are attempting to manipulate property appraisals by inflating prices and exploiting taxpayer resources for personal gain.

Recent placement of 'For Sale' signs on Crowley's property raises suspicion. Was the property appraised before the listing, indicating premeditated intentions? We must remain vigilant against such malice. deceptive practices.

It is crucial to remember the implications of these actions. The preservation of green spaces is at stake, with Sarah and Crowley potentially prioritizing personal interests over community well-being.

 

 Evidently, they don't understand property appraisal comps are based on comparable sales not (Crowley's) Asking prices. We wonder if the appraisal using Crowley's property was issued prior to the listing of his properties for sale? (the signs just went up last week, very suspicious)

 If so - once again, this would be evidence of Sarah and Crowley manipulation....

We don't even believe his property is planned to sell. The signs are merely a feeble attempt to justify the inflated and most likely illegal purchase at taxpayer expense.

Remember the green space issue? Sarah wants the green space so she and Crowley can continue to pursue their 15-minute city to support her cohort Crowley's plans. They also used a comp on 4786 Se Railway which sold for $800 k with an 8900 sq ft. Commercial building on it. Yet -valued a residential decrepit knock down house on a property which is 48% Wetlands at $670,000.00 ++? (using commercial comps & buying the property from a friend) An independent valuation by an accredited appraiser (not manipulated by our corrupt local government) put this property value at $260k. How does Sarah JUSTIFY using taxpayer dollars to pay more than double that?

STOP wasting our tax dollars under the guise of green space to support the plans of a wannabe developer. It appears there is some major manipulation going on here.

Public works cannot come up with money to get sewer in New Monrovia unless they get grants... but can miraculously find money to make an unplanned, unbudgeted purchase. This smells like rancid racism to us.

PS: Casey Cass owns adjacent properties and would consider donating those properties (which are not 45% to 60% wetlands), and do not require demolition or fill. It would require specific deed restrictions and covenants. We hope the Sun shines some light on this!

We see a parking lot, what do you see?

What also seems odd, is that Sarah put "her friend on the NAC board. Then for some reason, her "friend" recently ditched the NAC and is now in cahoots selling an unusable property to Sarah.

Why is the county administrator trying to finalize something that hasn't gone to the public? And this real property "professional" signed the original deal a month ago.

Where is transparency and legality here?

Interesting! That is a LOT of money for such an "unusable" amount of land. How much more will it cost us taxpayers to make this land "usable" for a parking lot. OH! We mean "green space" (which isn't in the actual plans) Circled in previous photo.

We've said it before, and we will remind you again. We are not against all development. We are against frivolous spending of our tax dollars and self-gains of our Commissioner and Crowley. Especially when they are sneaking it all in with no transparency, no community knowledge or input. District 4 commissioner needs to go.

This is all so unsettling, we are NOT OK with Port Salerno residents being put off since before 2016 on septic to sewer so Sarah Heard can continue spending ridiculous amounts of money on other projects. Yet she votes no in other districts to gain their support.

Disgusting.
